How Long Is OnlineMeeting Data Retained?

The meeting data (captions and minutes) generated by EventCAT OnlineMeeting is generally stored for 7 days after the meeting ends. Users can set the retention period individually for each meeting.

Retention period options are as follows:

• Delete immediately after the meeting

• Automatically delete after 7 days

• Permanent retention

• Important note:
• If you plan to use the caption files as meeting minutes or shared meeting materials, please set the retention to “Permanent” or download and save them within 7 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
