In online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.) using EventCAT OnlineMeeting, participants can access real-time translated subtitles directly without needing to sign up or log in to EventCAT, as long as they are in the invited online meeting room.

How to access the real-time translation subtitle page:

Once the meeting begins and the host or an EventCAT OnlineMeeting user invites the EventCAT AI Interpreter to join, the AI Interpreter will enter the meeting room. Then, a link (URL) to the real-time translation subtitle page is automatically shared in the meeting chat window.

Participants can simply click this link, choose their preferred language, and view the real-time translated subtitles on their screen.

EventCAT allows only the meeting host or the EventCAT OnlineMeeting user to sign up and invite the AI Interpreter. This means that meeting participants can use the service easily, without installing additional programs or logging in, making it convenient to share with external speakers or international attendees.
