EventCAT offers two main types of pricing plans: Prepaid Plans and Half-day/All-day Passes, which differ in how time is counted and used. Choose the plan that best suits the type and duration of your event.

Prepaid Plan (Prepaid Pro)

$40/hour

  • Purchase as many hours as you need, in advance, and split usage across multiple sessions.
    Example: Buy 5 hours → use as 30 min + 1 hour + 2 hours, etc.

  • Ideal for frequent short meetings or seminars.

  • Up to 100 simultaneous viewers

  • Includes features such as GlossaryTranscript, and Auto Summary

Half-day Pass

$300 / 6 hours

  • 6 consecutive hours of use from the session start time
(Time continues to count down even if the session is paused)

  • Perfect for half-day events like forums or training programs

  • Up to 300 simultaneous viewers

  • Includes subtitle overlaycustom logo insertion, and other advanced features

 All-day Pass

$600 / 24 hours

  • 24 consecutive hours of use from the session start time
    (Rehearsals can be included)

  • Best for full-day global events or summits

  • Up to 500 simultaneous viewers

  • Includes all features of the Half-day Pass + on-site tech support available (travel fees apply)

Notes:

  • Prepaid plans are cost-effective for short or recurring small events since you can split usage across sessions.

  • All plans activate only after clicking ‘Start Session’, and time begins counting from that moment.

  • Half-day/All-day Passes count down continuously once started, even if paused, making them ideal for single-day schedules.
