EventCAT offers a 50% discount for the following eligible organizations:

• Registered non-governmental organizations (NGOs)

• Accredited educational institutions (e.g., schools, universities, training centers)

• Certified non-profit organizations

This discount applies to both EventCAT OnlineMeeting and EventCAT Conference products.

Notes:
Both models offer excellent translation and support for over 50 languages. The main difference lies in speed:

• SWIFT: Prioritizes stability with slightly slower performance.

• WISE: Offers faster, more agile translation.

Discounts for NGO and Education customers are applied directly to the monthly subscription price.

What are Prepaid Plans? (Double Your Hours)

Prepaid Plans (available for OnlineMeeting SWIFT/WISE and Conference) work on a top-up basis. Eligible organizations receive double the hours purchased instead of a 50% price reduction on the invoice.

How it works:
Once payment is completed, double the hours will be automatically credited to your "Pass" balance. If the hours are not reflected correctly, please contact our support team.

How Do I Apply for an NGO or Education Discount?

Contact us at contact@eventcat.com, and please send us any official document proving your non-profit status (such as a registration certificate).

After submitting your documentation, you’ll receive a confirmation message If you have uploaded the appropriate documents
