If you're using the WISE Model, Pro, or Plus subscription plan, you can improve translation accuracy by uploading your presentation materials in advance.

What is the Pre-Session Upload feature?

This feature allows EventCAT’s translation engine to pre-learn important terms, proper nouns, and context from your materials, helping it deliver more accurate, context-aware translations during your live session.

Upload Guidelines

• Supported file type: PDF only

• Maximum total size: Up to 32MB

• Maximum total slides: Up to 80 pages (across all files) 

           *Please note that image-only slides are not processed for translation, so we recommend excluding them and 

           uploading only text-based PDF slides — up to 80 pages in total.

• Where to upload: Go to EventCAT Meetings → Upload files after creating your meeting 
  

Tips for Best Results

• Avoid uploading image-only slides — they won’t improve translation.

• Instead, export text-based slides to PDF.
   → Tip: Remove images and keep the total page count under 80 when saving your slides as a PDF.
