EventCAT’s Prepaid Plan is billed hourly, so refund eligibility depends on whether any of the purchased time has been used.
If you purchased 1 hour and have not used it, you can request a refund for the unused time, minus payment processing fees.
If you invited the EventCAT AI Interpreter to a meeting, that time is considered used and is not refundable, even if subtitles didn’t appear due to user-side issues (e.g., incorrect audio settings).
If you have Auto Recharge enabled, any unused time added through auto-recharge can be used in future meetings, but partial refunds are not available.
If you purchased multiple hours upfront, only the fully unused hours are eligible for a refund, minus fees.
