You can download your transcript and meeting video (if available) in two simple ways, either during the session or afterward from your Dashboard, depending on your plan and Data Deletion Settings.
Option 1: Download During or Immediately After the Meeting
Regardless of your plan, you can download files right after the meeting:
Go to the bottom-right corner of the subtitles panel.
Click Download.
Choose from:
.txt file (plain text)
.vtt file (subtitle format)
Copy to clipboard
Share transcript
Download recording
Important: Meeting videos are only stored for 7 days, and then permanently deleted; this cannot be changed.
Option 2: Download Later from Your Dashboard
If you missed downloading right after the meeting, you may still access the transcripts later, depending on your plan and your data deletion settings.
Steps:
Click History > choose OnlineMeeting or Conference
Find the meeting you want, and open its details
In the bottom-right corner, click Download
Select the subtitle language(s), then:
Download .txt
Download .vtt
Copy to clipboard
Share transcript
Note:
You’ll only see the transcript if your data retention setting was not set to "Delete Immediately".
If it was set to "After 7 days", transcripts will be deleted one week after the meeting ends.
To keep transcripts indefinitely, set your deletion to "Do Not Delete" before the meeting takes place.

Prepaid (WISE)
Subscription Plus Plan
Subscription Pro Plan
How to Adjust Your Data Deletion Settings
To control how long your transcripts are stored:
Under “When do you delete data after a meeting ends?”, choose:
Immediately – deletes all transcripts right after the meeting
After 7 days – keep transcripts for 7 days
Do not delete – keeps transcripts until you manually remove them
Reminder: Videos are always deleted after 7 days, regardless of settings or plan.
