Participants can view real-time translation subtitles provided by EventCAT through a separate subtitle page link. Here's how to access it depending on the platform you're using.
In Zoom Webinars, the subtitle page link is not automatically pinned in the chat. This means that if participants join after the AI Interpreter, they may not see the link unless someone shares it again.
However, in Zoom (regular meetings), Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, the subtitle link is automatically shared in the chat. So even if participants join late, they can still access the real-time subtitle page without any issues.
What You Should Do:
If you’re the host or presenter, or any participant with permission to post in the chat, please make sure to manually share the subtitle page link in the chat after the AI Interpreter joins. This helps ensure that all participants, including those who join late, can access real-time subtitles without any issues.
- Tip: The host, moderator, or any early participant can copy the subtitle link from the chat when it first appears and re-post it whenever new participants join. This makes it easier to keep everyone connected and informed throughout the meeting.
