Public Mode and Private Mode determine how real-time translated subtitles are shared with the audience.
Public Mode:
Anyone with the preview link (URL) or QR code can access the subtitle page without logging in.
Participants can choose their preferred subtitle language.
Ideal for large-scale public events like seminars, forums, and conferences.
Private Mode:
Used for private rehearsals before the event.
Useful if you want to restrict access to the subtitle page after the event ends.
How to Change Mode:
Go to the Controller Page and click ‘Edit Session’ in the left sidebar.
Under Session Visibility, select ‘Public’.
Click ‘Save and Create’.
After saving, even sessions previously in Private mode will become accessible to everyone in Public mode after a refresh.
