When choosing an EventCAT OnlineMeeting plan, it’s important to select the option that best fits your needs. Both plans provide real-time translation, 50+ languages, and SWIFT & WISE features, but they differ in capacity, plan scope, and enterprise features.

Personal Plan

Ideal for occasional meetings or individual use, with a monthly 10-hour allowance and up to 20 participants

  • Price: $49/month

  • Best For: Individual professionals or small teams

  • Time Limit: 10 hours per month

  • Participant Limit: Up to 20 participants simultaneously

  • Recommended Use: Quick consultations, one-on-one meetings, or small group discussions

This plan is perfect for professionals who need consistent, high-quality translation without the complexity of enterprise features.

Business Plan

Suited for organizations hosting frequent or larger meetings, with the same 10-hour allowance but unlimited participants and enterprise features

  • Price: $149/month

  • Best For: Organizations with global operations or larger teams

  • Time Limit: 10 hours per month

  • Participant Limit: Unlimited participants

  • Recommended Use: Company-wide webinars, international seminars, or high-profile virtual events 

  • Additional Benefits: Enterprise-grade features, including shared glossaries, advanced security, and data access controls

  • Enterprise domain accounts: (e.g, @company.com)

This plan ensures seamless collaboration across teams and regions, supporting high-volume meetings with no participant limitations.


What If I Need More Than 10 Hours of Usage Per Month?

If you exceed the 10 hours provided by your subscription, don't worry! Here's how it works: 

  • Prepaid Hours: Once your subscription hours are used up, the system will automatically switch to prepaid hours at a rate of $15 per hour. 

  • Auto Recharge: If you have auto-recharge enabled in your account’s billing & payment settings, your account will automatically be topped up with additional prepaid hours (1 hour at a time) when your subscription hours run out. This ensures no interruptions to your meetings. 

    • How to enable Auto Recharge: To enable Auto Recharge, go to the Billing & Payments page by clicking on your profile in the top right corner of the EventCAT OnlineMeeting Home screen and selecting Billing & Payments. On the page, simply toggle the Auto Recharge option to activate it, and you're all set.

  • Manual Recharge: If auto-recharge is not enabled, you'll only be able to use the remaining hours on your account. If you reach your limit, translation services may be temporarily interrupted until additional hours are purchased.
