How can I Use EventCAT Real-Time Translation Subtitles During Zoom, Google Meet or Teams Meetings Without Interruption?

EventCAT Online Meeting offers the following pricing plans:

  • Prepaid Plans (SWIFT, WISE): You purchase interpretation time in 1-hour units.

  • Example: SWIFT/WISE– $15 per hour
  • Personal Plan/Business Plan: Monthly plans that provide up to 10 hours of Real-Time AI Translation.

With a prepaid plan, once all purchased time is used, real-time translation subtitles automatically stop — even if the meeting is still ongoing.

For example, if you purchase 3 hours and the meeting exceeds 3 hours, subtitles will no longer be provided.

To prevent this situation, it is recommended to enable the Auto Recharge feature in advance.

When Auto Recharge is activated, credits are automatically replenished the moment the remaining translation time reaches zero, ensuring subtitles continue without interruption during the meeting.

Why do EventCAT real-time subtitles stop during a meeting?

  • The prepaid interpretation time has been fully used.

  • The Auto Recharge feature is disabled.

The meeting itself continues, but real-time subtitles stop automatically. However, subtitles generated during the meeting (meeting minutes) can still be downloaded after the meeting ends.

How to Prevent Real-Time Subtitle Interruptions

1. Enable Auto Recharge when purchasing a prepaid plan or if your Personal and Business Plans exceed the 10-hour limit:

→ When time runs out, additional payment is processed automatically, and subtitles continue without interruption.
