Can I Get a Refund for My EventCAT OnlineMeeting Prepaid Plan?

EventCAT OnlineMeeting refund eligibility follows the official EventCAT Terms of Service (Effective February 1, 2026).


Prepaid Plan

If you purchased usage time in advance (Prepaid Plan for OnlineMeeting), the following rules apply:


Full Refund (Within 72 Hours)

You are eligible for a full refund with no deductions if:

  • You request the refund within 72 hours of the payment date, and

  • You have not used OnlineMeeting at all.


Partial Refund (After 72 Hours or If Used)

In all other cases (including if any usage occurred), XL8 will refund the remaining balance after deducting:

  • The actual usage charge (based on time used)

  • The payment processing fee for the initial payment

  • The payment cancellation processing fee


  • If you purchased usage time at a discounted price, the deducted usage amount will be calculated based on the original (non-discounted) rate.
  • Any time consumed by inviting or activating the AI Interpreter during a meeting is considered used.

Auto Recharge

If Auto Recharge is enabled:

  • Additional time may be automatically charged when your balance runs out.

  • Unused time remains available for future meetings.

  • Refund eligibility follows the same 72-hour and usage deduction rules described above.
