Overview
EventCAT Conference supports multilingual audiences without requiring additional passes. Each screen can independently choose a subtitle language, making onsite event operation simple and scalable.
How to Set It Up
Follow these steps on the EventCAT Controller page:
Create a Session and start Live Translation.
On each screen device, open the subtitle page using the QR code or Display Link.
Select the preferred subtitle language from the Language Menu on each screen.
Monitor all connected screens and translation status on the Controller page.
How Each Screen Connects
Screens can access subtitles using:
QR code
Display Link from the Controller page
Direct URL copy and share (for staff use)
Supported screen types: Smart TV, projector browser, PC, tablet, etc.
Network Recommendations
For the best performance:
Use wired LAN or stable Wi-Fi
Keep browsers updated
Check available bandwidth when many screens are connected
Notes
No limit on the number of connected screens
Each screen can freely switch subtitle languages
Multiple screens can share the same language
Session settings can be modified anytime from the Controller page

Assign languages per screen in advance for smooth event operation
Use the same network for minimized delay between screen
