Prevent EventCAT Subtitles from Stopping During Meetings

If your Prepaid time runs out and Auto Recharge is not enabled, real-time translation subtitles will automatically stop when the time limit is reached. Your meeting will continue, but the EventCAT AI Interpreter will no longer provide subtitles after your purchased time ends. 

However, any transcript generated during the Prepaid time will still be available for download after the meeting.

How to prevent subtitles from stopping:

To ensure real-time translation continues without interruption, you have two options:

1. Enable Auto Recharge when purchasing your Prepaid Plan.
   → Additional time will be automatically charged as needed, so subtitles continue seamlessly.

      2. Subscribe to a Monthly plan, which offers unlimited hours and no interruptions.
