Why Didn’t I Get My OTP Email from EventCat?

To complete your EventCat registration, you must check your email for the OTP (One-Time Password) that was sent and enter it. However, the email might not arrive immediately or could be hard to find in your inbox.

If you haven’t received the OTP verification email, follow these steps:

  • Double-check your email address.
    Make sure the email address you entered during registration is correct.
    If there’s a typo, the verification email won’t be delivered.

  • Refresh your inbox and wait a few minutes.
    It may take 1–2 minutes for the email to arrive.

  • Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders.
    Some email services (like Gmail, Naver, etc.) may automatically filter OTP emails into these folders.


If you still haven’t received the verification email:
